Reward Program

Merchant can opt for the Rewards program to design their own loyalty program based on visits, value, or both. Visit-based programs monitor customer visits i.e. purchases and reward the customer basis merchant program definition. Value-based programs register customers’ purchases against a value specified by the merchant. Merchant can also design a combination of value and visit programs. The time duration for the scheme is to be defined by the merchant at the time of program definition. Similar to Prepaid cards, the merchant needs to define the program, initiate card issuance, and carry out transactions linked to the cards.

Based on the number of visits and transactions the merchants can design their Rewards programs to ensure higher customer engagement and offer maximum value to their esteemed customers.
